Surveillance Deployment through VDSL2 Technology

Ethernet over VDSL2 Media Converters are innovative solutions from LevelOne that help extend the

LAN. These devices reach much farther than the 100 meters allowed by Ethernet cabling because they

convert and transmit the data using advanced VDSL2 protocols, yet transfer rates are not sacriﬁced.

100Mbps download and 60Mbps upload is possible for even the most bandwidth-hungry network

applications. VDSL2 technology allows system installers to use prevalent copper wiring (RJ-11 or BNC

connections) to create fast and ﬂexible networks. All converters are plug-and-play with no software

conﬁguration needed.
